Introducing Onsite Counselling. Innovating mental health in the workplace.
Get accessible and personalized mental health in your place of business in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Why Onsite Counselling
A healthy staff is a productive staff
Reduce the time staff take off for counselling services
Becomes a corporate expense as opposed to a taxable benefit
Increased staff retention by offering onsite mental health services and proactively reducing toxic work cultures
Increase the likelihood that staff will get the mental health care they need by reducing the current barriers to mental health services
Reduce the overall expense with lower per-visit costs as compared to insurance-based traditional counselling
How does it work
At the scheduled time the counsellor travels to your site and meets with your staff
We suggest an initial introduction period where all staff are given an initial session, allowing staff to be introduced to both the concept of counselling and the counsellor
The site provides a private space for meetings during the visit
The site provides and manages a sign-up sheet for appointments
Flexible scheduling options allow for either half-day or full days to be booked on a weekly, bi–weekly or monthly basis
